Careers
We don’t have a jobs board.
Posting roles we are not hiring for would make us look bigger and waste your time. GetMax is small, we hire when something specific starts hurting, and when we do, the person usually reached out before the gap existed.
You will own something end to end
There is no layer of people between you and the thing shipping. That is the appeal and it is also the demand — nobody is going to hand you a fully specified ticket.
RCM knowledge beats framework knowledge
Knowing why a CO-45 is not a denial is worth more here than knowing this quarter's frontend library. We can teach the second one.
We work with real constraints
Small team, own infrastructure, free tier wherever it does the job. Building something good on a tight budget is a skill and we treat it as one.
The kinds of people we end up needing
Not vacancies. An honest list of where a strong person would have work from day one.
AR and denial specialists
US payer experience, comfortable working a queue and arguing an appeal.
Certified coders
CPC or equivalent, reviewing what the model escalates rather than keying every encounter.
Full-stack engineers
Shipping product, not maintaining a backlog. React and Node here.
Applied AI engineers
Running open models on our own GPUs, evaluating them honestly against real data.
Questions we get
- Do you have open roles right now?
- Not a formal list. GetMax is a small team and we hire when a specific gap starts hurting, rather than keeping vacancies posted. If you are good at something we clearly need, write to us and say what it is.
- Do you hire remotely?
- Yes. The team already works across locations and the tooling assumes it. What matters is overlap with US billing hours when the role touches client work.
- Do I need US healthcare RCM experience?
- For billing, coding and AR roles, yes — this is a domain where guessing costs a client real money. For engineering roles, no, but you will be expected to learn the domain rather than treat claims as generic rows in a database.
- How do I apply?
- Email info@getmaxsolutions.com with what you have actually built or run. A short note about one real problem you solved tells us more than a formatted CV.
