What is the difference between GetMax services and solutions?
Services are the work — coding, billing, denials, AR follow-up — run for you. Solutions are the technology underneath: the platform a practice logs into and the AI engines that do the volume. Most practices start with a service and adopt the software as they go.
Which parts of the platform can I use today?
The AI coding assistant is live and open with no sign-in at /demo/coding. The other agents in the cycle are in build, and the homepage labels each one live or in build rather than presenting the whole cycle as shipped.
Do we have to replace our EHR to use any of this?
No. Everything is built to run on top of the EHR, clearinghouse and payer portals you already use.
