Solutions / GetMax RCM Platform

GetMax RCM Platform

One place where eligibility, coding, claims, denials and AR run — and where you can see what happened to any claim.

Most practices run the revenue cycle across four or five disconnected tools, and nobody can answer a simple question: where is this claim, and why hasn't it paid? GetMax puts the whole cycle in one system — eligibility at the front, coding and scrubbing before submission, denial and AR work after — so the answer is one lookup instead of three phone calls.

How the AI works

  1. 01

    Sits on your stack

Works with the EHR and clearinghouse you already run. No rip-and-replace, no data migration project.

  2. 02

    Agents do the volume

Eligibility checks, coding, claim scrubbing, status retrieval and posting run continuously rather than in end-of-day batches.

  3. 03

    People take the exceptions

Anything the model is unsure about routes to a specialist with the reasoning attached.

Humans in the loop. By architecture.

Not every agent in the cycle is live today — the coding agent is, and you can use it right now with no sign-in at /demo/coding. The rest are labelled honestly on the homepage as live or in build. We would rather show you a working piece than a roadmap.

Questions, answered

Do we have to leave our current EHR?+

No. The platform is built to run on top of the EHR, clearinghouse and payer portals you already use. Replacing your clinical system is a different project and not one we ask you to take on.

What is actually live today?+

The AI coding agent is live and open — no sign-in, no trial wall, at /demo/coding. Eligibility, prior auth, denials and collections agents are in build and labelled that way on the site rather than presented as shipped.

Where does our data go?+

Protected health information is masked to HIPAA Safe Harbor identifiers before any model sees it, and the models run on GetMax's own GPUs rather than a third-party AI provider.
